Hello, my name is Ester Siahaan. I am a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Management. I have knowledge in business management, business analysis, and decision-making. I am currently looking for job opportunities that match my educational background and skills, especially in management, business administration, or business analysis. However, my main interest is in Data Analytics, and I am eager to build my career as a Data Analyst.

To achieve this goal, I have been learning Data Analytics independently and completing several personal data analysis projects using PostgreSQL (SQL), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Python. Through these projects, I have practiced the complete data analysis process, including collecting data, cleaning and transforming data (ETL), analyzing data using SQL and Python, and creating dashboards and data visualizations to provide useful business insights.

I believe that my management background, combined with my growing data analysis skills, allows me to understand business problems and solve them using data. I am a fast learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, and always willing to learn new things. I am excited to start my professional career, contribute to business growth through data-driven decisions, and continue developing my skills as a Data Analyst.
